Beibei pumpkin is a specialty variety bred in 1998. Extremely small (about 0.3kg), it is renowned for its soft, glutinous texture and high sweetness. Often called the "Gold Silk Chestnut Pumpkin," it offers a powdery, sweet aroma similar to chestnuts. Even when steamed without seasoning, the natural fragrance is enough to conquer any palate. Characterized by its dark green peel and exquisite shape, it is a healthy, delicious choice for modern diets.
